Refund policy

Unwanted goods may be returned for a refund within 7 days from having received your order, on condition that the goods are returned in their original packaging, unused and along with all of the original contents. Delivery fees will not be refunded and the cost of returning the goods will be for your account.

Goods carry a 12 month manufacturer warranty on defects. Goods must be returned to us for assessment and once the supplier confirms the nature of the defect it will either be fixed or the defective part replaced at their discretion.

• Exclusions:
  • Normal wear and tear.
  • Punctures, cuts, or abrasions.
  • Improper use, neglect, or lack of maintenance.
  • Over-inflation or damage caused by improper assembly/storage.
  • Commercial use 
  • Sun/UV damage or degradation.
